Standard & Poor's Microsites

Standard & Poor's division S&P Indices have been working with SWA for well over two years now and during that time, we have produced more than 10 microsites dedicated to promoting S&P Indices around the world.

The main focus of the microsites has been on publishing, filtering and promoting the huge amount of thought leadership, research and commentary produced by S&P Indices analysts. A core Thought Leadership Portal site contains all the latest documents, podcasts and video and these are then sub-filtered into separate microsites dedicated to specific asset classes and instruments (e.g. Municipal Bonds, or Commodities).

All the sites are driven by a central CMS that allows S&P staff to add a single asset and then publish that asset on multiple sites without having to duplicate their efforts. Each document is categorised to allow site users to filter and search by various parameters. The CMS uses MODx Revolution, mySQL databases, AJAX and custom PHP across the different websites.
